Our family has had a wonderful experience at this school over the past few years. The hybrid model works really well for us - combining the best of traditional Montessori principles with some more structured academic elements. The teachers do an excellent job balancing child-led exploration with guided instruction when needed. My children have thrived in this environment, developing both independence and strong foundational skills. The mixed-age classrooms still foster that great peer mentoring dynamic that Montessori is known for. What we particularly appreciate is how the school adapts the Montessori approach to meet different learning styles and prepare children for their next educational steps. The curriculum feels comprehensive while still honoring the child’s natural curiosity and pace of development. The communication with parents is solid, and we feel well-informed about our children’s progress. The facilities are welcoming, and there’s a good sense of community among the families. The hybrid approach has given our kids a strong foundation in academics while preserving that love of learning and problem-solving skills that pure Montessori environments cultivate. We love cornerstone Montessori! My daughter started at 2 1/2 and by the end of the school year, she could identify most letters of alphabet, count up to 30, complete simple addition / subtraction, write her name & draw various shapes. The staff has been great .

A Life-Changing Experience for Our Son. It is difficult to convey how life-changing in words. We had years of struggling in school. Our son’s emotional and academic needs as a gifted student were consistently overlooked and he became frustrated and withdrawn. We made the decision to transition him to this Montessori program based on a recommendation from another parent. It has been nothing short of transformative. In just a few months we’ve seen a remarkable shift in his confidence, happiness, and motivation. For the first time, he feels truly understood. He came home after his first week and said "I feel that I can be myself". The individualized approach, respectful environment, and freedom to explore subjects at his own pace have not only reignited his love of learning but have also given him the emotional space to thrive. Miss Lee, Mr Jason and the team there see and nurture the whole child which is more than just intellect, but his creativity, sensitivity, and curiosity. He no longer dreads school. He loves it! He comes home excited, full of stories, questions, and pride in what he’s accomplished. We are beyond grateful to have found a school that honors who he is and supports who he’s becoming. This place has given us our joyful, bright, and engaged child back—and we couldn’t recommend it more! I only regret I did not place him sooner.

Ms. Lee and the staff at Cornerstone have been so supportive of my daughter helping nurture her academically and socially. Soon after starting I began to see my daughter’s independence grow. I know that with Cornerstone we are giving her a strong foundation for her education.

We love Cornerstone Montessori and Miss Lee! My older daughter spent 4 years here and learned so much. She started reading before kindergarten and is doing well above her grade level in school now. My younger daughter also spent 4 years here and is in the entichment classes in her elementary school just like her sister was. Miss Lee gives her all to the students and is so passionate about their academics. They get such a well rounded education there and much more than you would get at other preschools. Montessori is a fantastic way to go in learning. My daughters love all the teachers there and always say Miss Lee is their favorite teacher ever. You really feel like you are part of the family here :)
