Our Admissions Process

Simple. Supportive. Thoughtful.

We’re committed to making the admissions journey smooth and personal for every family. Here’s what to expect:

Schedule a Tour

Begin by contacting us to arrange a visit. Touring the classrooms will give you a chance to observe the environment, meet the staff, and ask questions.

Submit Your Application

After the tour, families can submit an application form along with any required documents. We review applications with care and attention to each child’s individual needs.

Enrollment Confirmation

Once your application is accepted, we’ll confirm enrollment and provide you with all necessary onboarding materials to prepare your child for their Montessori journey.

Enrollment Deposit $500 (Upon registration/ Return students : due on July 1st)

Monthly Payments (10 payments) July 1 st – April 1st

Payments are due on 1st day of each month. After the 10th, $30 late fee applied.

**Due to the limited space, late enrollment or payments received after July 1st cannot guarantee current classroom space.

Tuition and Fees Information

This Tuition and Fees Information should answer most of your questions about our fees.


Enrollment Deposit: Once this deposit is paid, your child is enrolled in the school for the following academic year. This fee is due upon registration and, upon receipt, all school policies, including withdrawal and late fees, become effective. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.


Payments: All payments to the school may be made by check payable to Cornerstone Montessori School. If an overpayment is made, a credit will be issued against your account.


Payment Methods:  The enrollment deposit must be paid by check or cash.


Advanced Payment Discount Plan:  If you pay full tuition by June 1st, you will receive a 10% discount on the total amount. After June 1st, you will receive a 5% discount on the total amount.


Unscheduled Program Fee:  Students who are not enrolled in our Early Hour and After School program will be charged a fee for the use of these services:

Processing Fees: The processing Fee for returned check payments are $35.

 

 

 Withdrawal / Refund Policy: The withdrawal/refund policy is stated in the Parents Policy Packet and is partially summarized here:

If a student withdraws prior to the start of school, the tuition will be refunded. However, the enrollment deposit will not be refunded.

New students have a trial period of ten school days (including phase-in). If Cornerstone Montessori determines that a child is not ready for the program, Cornerstone Montessori will refund the tuition.  The enrollment deposit will not be refunded.

Students may not attend school if an installment fee is past due. Installment fees unpaid by the end of the month in which they are due will result in the automatic withdrawal of the student. Students may be absent for extended periods without being withdrawn, provided all installment fees are paid on time.

Students who are withdrawing may attend school up to the fee paid date.

Withdrawn students may re-enroll depending on space available, provided a new enrollment deposit and the first installment fee is paid upon registration.
